Library Card

Apply for a library card by filling out an application form available at the library. We do not issue actual cards because our town is small enough to make that unnecessary. A current driver's license may be required.

There are three types of library cards:

• City - Any person residing within the city limits of Greene, Iowa.
• Butler County - Any person residing within Butler County, but outside the city limits of Greene, Iowa.
• Open Access - Any person residing within Iowa but outside Butler County.  Also, any person residing within the city limits of any city in Butler County excluding Greene, Iowa.
